6-MONTH PROGRAM
You are here! You have arrived! You are ready to make some big changes. Let me tell you about the FREEDOM WELLNESS WEIGHT LOSS & WELLNESS 6-month program.
The FREEDOM WELLNESS 6-month program is for you if:
- Are a woman in your 40s or 50s
- Want to lose weight in a way that is physically and emotionally healthy
- Are afraid of failing on another diet (this isn’t a diet!!!)
- Want to feel amazing in your body again
- Love the idea of fueling your body with a whole foods plant predominant diet
- Are seeking clarity on what healthy eating really means
- Would like to address emotional eating
- Prevent and manage health conditions
- You have 6 months to work with a nutrition coach… you are NOT looking for a quick fix… you realize that it takes time to make lasting changes
- Would would like support and accountability in making changes to your eating and lifestyle
The program includes:
- 90 minute assessment appointment
- Nutrition Roadmap outlining your goals and specific areas of focus
- 2 Getting Started 60 minute appointments
- Weekly 30-minute coaching sessions for 6 months (20 in total)
- A new 7-day meal plan plus recipes each month (6 in total)
- Email recap following sessions
- Support in between sessions via email
- Access to my Private Facebook Group for Freedom Wellness clients
Appointments are offered in person in Thornhill, Ontario, Canada, or via Zoom video.

- One payment of $2999 + HST or
